Hello and welcome to the website of our new business in beautiful Red Bud, IL.  We have been painstakingly upgrading the facilities here and are ready to serve you the most delicious BBQ this side of Kansas City and north of Memphis.

As many of you know, we have been cooking and smoking for a long time with numerous awards for our mouthwatering BBQ, chicken and seafood.  To the left is a scrolling photo album of all of our achievements to date.  If you would like to book us for your party we can cook almost anything your heart desires!
